I have had 4 epidurals in my neck now and have gained 10 lbs my problem is now my ankles are swelling is this normal?

Hello,
Did any of the injections contain steroids, or other anti-inflammatories? These can sometimes cause weight gain. And, are you taking any other medications that may contribute? Also, I found that when I first injured my neck I became alot less active, and tried to hide the pain with food - eating frequently to take my mind off the pain, and for comfort. Maybe these things apply to you?
