what is causing my pain

For three years been dealing with pain in arms and neck. These pains are sudden blasts of pain that can come from simple task of reaching or movement or none at all. Music amps tend to make it go into overtime and loud noises as well. Have gone through every test thought of, still in pain, have taken every drug from lyrica to morphine. Still we dont know what it is. Am scheduled for pain clinic next year. But with weight gain and all these drugs, feel at a total loss. Of course depression is moving in how could it not. Can anyone help me?
