I have a numbness and feels like a sat on something wet, like a piece of ice at time,on my just my left buttock, my knees also ache lately, I have know idea

It's hard to say what might be causing the symptoms you describe or whether they are related. You really need to see your doctor who can examine you, ask more questions and possibly run some tests to find out what the problem is.
