Q: why do i have heel pain after my l4-5 disc surgery (not a fusion)

i had a disc surgery in my L 4-5 ,, i started walking normally after the first day of operation

but after exactly 5 days from the operation i started having a scrushiating heel pain that i only feel when i stand or walk when i am sitting down (which i cant do much of because of the surgery )i dont feel any pain so now all i do is sleep or lay down i honstly cant touch the ground with my foot ,, i had a douplar on my leg and everything was ok ,, i have been taking pain releifs but with not much of a result ,, the pain is just killing me please help me

The fact that your heel pain began five days after your surgery may be coincidental.  Here are links to a couple of articles about the various causes of heel pain:
