Thrush has been a problem off and on for me as well.  Acidopholus with Probiotic taken in pretty large doses twice a day, more if it is slow to respond. and it will definitely help.The Acidopholus with Probiotic from Trader Joes' is great, about $14.95, and is very fresh.  Just refrigerate after opening. Other good ones can be bought at you drug store, and Health Food Stores. Just check the expiration dates.   When the thrush is bad, I take five tablets at night, four in AM.  If it causes the "runs" just cut back on dosage.  Also gargling with 1 TBS Hydrogen Peroxide in a half cup water is really good as well.  Try these and hopefully this will help.
