oxycod/apap 10-325 mg is 10mg of oxycodone with 325mg of acetaminophen,

hydroco/apap 5-500mg is 5mg of hydrocodone with 500mg of acetaminophen

The oxycodone is stronger because it has more narcotic pain medication in it

Oxycodone is Percocet and Hydrocodone is Vicodin. They are both narcotics. The Oxycodone tends to work better because it is not a synthetic form of opiods.
