I'm sorry to hear you've been in pain for so long.  Do you have a specific question?

Ack! Somehow I lost the question that went along with that.

I have had chronic pain in my neck, upper and lower back, shoulder and around my collarbone for 13 years due to a car accident. I have had PT and it helps only when I am activily going and able to do all of the treatments and exercises and it helps some but does not completely relieve my pain. My insurance only covers 20 sessions per year anyway. I do not have the money to pay for it on my own. I have also tried Lortab and Percocet for when the pain gets completely unbearable but I don't like taking it much and I try not to unless I am really desperate.

I am wondering besides PT and lortab and percocet if anyone knows of any treatment that helps with long term pain of the back, neck and shoulders. I also have chronic tension headaches. I am struggling and want to know if anyone has had problems with these things and has found something that has helped alleviate at least some of the constant pain?
