Q: numbimg and tingling in my left arm

Having numbimg and tingling in my left arm, I do have a compressed nerve in my L5, what can this be?

An L5 compression would affect the hips and legs, but should not be related to numbness and tingling in the arm.  A compressed nerve in the neck could cause those symptoms, but there could also be other causes.  I'm afraid I have no way of knowing what might be causing your current problem.  You'll need to have a doctor examine you to find out what is going on.

I have been suffering from Migranes with a tension coming from my neck. Which I've had pain down the left side of my neck since a car accident in April 09. The Dr I saw said that it would go away but it have not. Thanks for the information Smile
