Are swollen glands under the jaw line sometimes a tmj symptom when combined with typical tmj symptom

I have several of the typical tmj symptoms. (clenching and sliding back teeth together unconsciously even when I am trying to not do it, jaw joints sore to touch, ears ring, ears feel sore at the very bottom of ear canal near throat, bottom teeth ache a little, balance not great ) In additon,...
