i have been diagnosed with rhematoid authritis but ws tld somthing causing it is that true

i am steady going to the dcotor b-cause they said tht somthing is causing it test after test nothing is coming up isit true tht somthing causes it ..i wake up and can,t hardly get out of bed b-cause of the pain it hurts. i want to be cured, is their such a thing...my mom told me she was...
