Q: Long term use of percocet

Will long term use of percocet for fibromyalgia cause a break down of my immune system and/or a break down of my body? I am concerned that I will wake up one day and find out that the narcotics did more harm than good. Thank you so very much for all that you do!

God Bless,

Jodi

It has been proven that long term opiod causes no harm to our bodies, but you are taking Percocet, Percocet has Tylenol in it, and Tylenol has been proven to cause all kinds of issues with the liver, so if I was you I would talk to the Doc and ask him to switch you to an opiod that does not contain Tylenol. Is the best thing that you can do for yourself.
