Is oxycontin the only medication used to treat chronic pain

i am currently taking 2 80mg oxycontin a day and 2 10 mg percoset a day for severe chronic back and neck pain Ive been taking them for about 2 years now and still havent got used to the way they make me feel. They provide moderate pain relief at best and I'm starting to feel maybe its not right for...
