Urine problems like pain with urination, unusual smell, blood in the urine, or frequent urination can all mean that the bladder is infected. Back pain along with urinary symptoms is especially concerning because the kidney can be infected. Please see a doctor who can test your urine for infection.

Don't wait until you are thirsty, by then you are already dehydrated. How do you know when you are well hydrated? Well, as an old fire captain (note: I used to fight fires.) once said, "If you ain't peeing, you ain't dirinking enough." Actually, this advice is not too far from the truth. Drink Up!
