Chronic Upper back pain behind shoulder blade, radiates down mid and lower back

I have had a horrible pain in my upper LEFT shoulder blade area for 8 months now...and it radiates down into my mid and lower left back. The pain started about 2 1/2 weeks after a severe whiplash injury. My MRI and xrays appear normal. I have been to 2 diff chiropractors, 2 diff physcial…
