try ohsu comprehensive pain clinic get a referal they usually tell your primary what to prescribe but they will go there im on 40 mg oxycontin with oxycodone for breakthru. but i just got cAught having two primaries who were prescribing what can i do i feel horrible but i know what it was like getting nothing and got scared.
