One Dr floroscope says hip is very bad. need replacement. Surgeon says hip x-rays normal. Now what?

I have a genetic disorder which has required several joint fusions and/or replacements. Having severe lower back/hip pain. Neurosurgeon (has done several spinal fusions on me in the past) says mylegram shows spine is OK. Probably hip pain. At Pain Clinic, Dr uses fluroscope to position needle for...
