It depends on what kind of condition you have. According the Pfizer - the producer of Lyrica -the top dose for diabetics with neuropathy is 300 mgs/day, the top dose for post-herpetic neuralgia is 600 mgs/day and for fibromyalgia is 450 mgs/day.
