really bad pains in wrists both hands don't have pain in fingers,hands,no sewlling just really bad pains scale 9 taken tylenol advil desperate to get rid of the pain

I don't know (tendonitis?) but why don't you try the Check a Symptom box in the upper left hand side of the Health Central pages. It has a section devoted to wrist pain and it'll walk you through your symptoms and hopefully give you some idea of what's going on. Good luck!
