Yes you could. Just because you have a sexually transmitted disease and sleep with someone else, even repeatedly, doesn't that they will necessarily catch it. Not everybody gets a cold that goes around and not everyone that sleeps with someone catches their STD. The only way for you to be sure is to get checked out. Here's some more info on STD's.
