Years ago..i was in a car accident and had a ruptured spleen, therefore I had a surgery.

I was healthy...never experienced any back pain until- after the accident & surgery.

I'm in serious pain ( feels like I'm always pulling my lower back muscle ) if I'm correct.

There's time when I can not even get up from my bed..that bad. I want to know if it was from the surgery--car accident....I don't know..Please Help!

I'm afraid there's no way we could know whether your back pain could be from the accident or subsequent surgery.  You need to be examined by a doctor to first determine what is causing your back pain.  Once that is identified, the doctor may be able to tell you whether it could have originated with the accident/surgery.

This video explains where back pain stems from by taking you through the anatomy of the back.
