M/N (Morning / Night) This is sending me to sleep for really long periods, yesterday it was like 12 hours or something.  The pain is reduced for about 3 hours but then it returns to 8/10,  Used pool today, the pool was (heated to 28 Deg C) but it felt really cold to me, so only stayed in for a short time.  I am having feelings of really busting to go to the toilet, but when I get there nothing, sit for 1hour, still nothin, get off, and 5 min. later feel the urge to go again, taking laxitives, anint doin anything.  How long can one go without a good bowl motion not just a small pebble like in the toilet after an hour or two.  Going to try meditation tomorrow, see if that helps with the pain, mmmmm, I will try anything once. Only worked 2 hours this week, and then rest of week off, how long will my employeer hold my job????? No Sick leave, I am at my wits end, I need answers very soon, I am sick of all the Chronic Pain and the Sciatica now in both legs, and I hate to think what all the medication is doin to the inside of my body, its like been over 2 years now.  How much more medication can my body handle, and my mind for that matter?

Latest is 150mg/h Fentanyl, 100mg Tramal Morn, Lyrica 3 times a day, 1000mg Paracetamol, 4 times daily, and 200mg Tramal Tablet Night...OMG, and took Tablet at 7pm tonight, started workin for a few hours, it's now 12am and PAIN is back to 8/10.  It's just not fair.

I just don't know what to do?

This BACK pain is not under control, back to Dr. first thing Monday, Wish Me Luck!
