I assume you have fibromyalgia.  If you do, there is good reason why you are sleepy all the time.  Even when we THINK we have slept well....trust me ... we did not.  We sleep,  but studies have shown that fibromyalgia has a sleep disorder attached to the package.  In many studies of patients with fibromyalgia they have found the patients did not ever reach the deepest phase of sleep.... stage four sleep in which is the level of sleep that our muscles rest and repair from the day.  So therefore, we are always tired....at least in my case.  Fibromyalgia couples with chronic fatigue syndrome.  So therefore, most of us with fibromyalgia also have chronic fatigue syndrome.

I can recall even the years past before I ever even realized I was sick at all... I required more sleep than most people and would fall asleep at the drop of a hat when just laying on the couch to watch t.v.  The sleepiness was there all the time and would eventually turn into pure constant exhaustion in later years when the pain of fibromyalgia and other symptoms arrived.

Hope this has helped.
