Q: Problem getting to private messages

Recently I got a e-mail  that told me I had a private message here. The one time I was actually able to get to the private message area it said I didn't have any messages. In fact all of my old messages are gone! All The other times I've tried to get to the private message area a screen comes up that says " The page you were looking for doesn't exist. " Please help me as I use the private message area almost every day. I don't want who ever sent me the last couple of messages to think I'm stuck up.  Thanks for your help.  Sharon Smile

Hopefully it was a temporary glitch.  Usually, when you get an e-mail that says you have a private message, if you'll just click on the link in the e-mail, it'll take you straight to the message. 

 

Once in awhile I get an error message when trying to go one page or another on the site, but if I wait awhile, it usually clears up.  If you're still having a problem with your messages Monday, please let me know and I'll contact someone in technical support to find out what the problem is.

Hi Karen, I did click on the link in the e-mail and it didn't work. I don't know what is going on. I've been using the private messaging place for a long time without any problems so this is very strange. I would appreciate any help you could give me. Thank you very much.  Scooter Smile

Hi Scooter,  I'm sorry to hear you're still having a problem with this.  I've passed it on to the site producer and will let you know when she finds out what the problem is.  Hopefully we can get you back to private messaging very soon.  – Karen

Karen, Thank you for passing my problem on to the site producer. I'm looking forward to finding out what is wrong and getting it fixed. I miss being able to receive private messages. Once again, thank you for your help. Hope to hear from you soon. Scooter
