Hi, you probably got neuroathapy from diabites. Have you had any kind of chemo for cancer that also can cause this problem as I have had diabetic neuroathapy since 1997 plus I just got done with chemo for breast cancer which aggaravatied even more. Plus I have gout which causes shooting pain. I hope this answers your question.
