I have had 3 back operations. One for a herniated disc. One to repair a spinal leak from that operation. The last one was for spinal stenosis. I have had many epidural injections. These provide some temporary relief. I have had physical therapy & do my exercises daily.
I still have pain almost all the time. It is very difficult to deal with this chronic pain.
I would like to try some alternatives- eg neurostimulation, acupuncture, biofeed back, or others that have been proven effective.
