Having had thumb surgery seem to have aquired chronic pain

I guess I dont quite understnad how this system works? I recieved email that I had a response to my question that I had previously asked and have came back to the site and do not seem to find a response even after logging in can not seem to find a response?? So not srue why anyone else have issues or problems with this site???

I had trigger finger in my left thumb, in which i developed gout, then my tendon ruptured. I had to have surgegry on it. Now I'm developing trigger finger in my right thumb along with nagging pain.
