Pain in my lower left leg

Have awoken this morning with severe pain in my lower left leg this is super severe it comes and goes at times it is bareable but sometimes it is so severe almost makes me want to scream in agony.. Have as well been experiencing pains in my forearms but they shoot down besides the forearm bones like in the endons but man oh man nothing as the pains in my lower left leg?? Does anyone have any ideas why or what could be causing such severe pains need relief please advise thanks.............
