I have severe chronic pain on the top of my foot where the shin bone meets the instep, etc.

Nothing seems to help with the severe chronic pain in the feet. The left foot has chronic pain at the top back of the instep and on the heel. The right foot has heel pain when I walk or stand. I am overweight. No medications seem to help and my dr gave me a cortisone injection 3...
