Pain in my feet every morning and i can hardly walk

Confused
07/04/08

Im experiencing more and more pain in the balls of my feet over the past 6 months and im finding in the mornings for about 1 hour i can hardly walk at all. At lunchtime in hobbling but its embarrassing in front of my colleagues who always knew me to be well .

We recently had some shocks in the house also including months of bed bugs which are still there today but much reduced after about 3 months ( could this be related as they were sucking my blood for months before we knew there were swarms of them ) and also we had vermen  (to be clear they found 10 mice in our work place.) Another memer of the house was taken ill to hosital recently (she late 20's) with suspected kidney failure after she couldnt eat or even hold water down , she had been being sick up to 30 times a day and blood tests are ongoing,. A coleague of mine in the last few days is having time off for blood tests for severe back pain and another colleague of mine in her 20's is experiencing joint pain in her knees (she sais due to her street dancing but the other day i saw her in tears over it)

Im quite over weight at 5ft 9 and 100 kg but wanted to point out that i suddenly put weight from about 94 kg to 102 in space of a few months.  I  have had a few tests for pregnancy but they are all negative despite my periods recently reducing from about 1 month to one every 2 months over the past 6 months (the time when my foot pain has cronic.) The foot pain is getting unbearable now and i dont know where to turn as im a bit embarrassed to tell all this to my doctor. However when i injured my ankle about 2 months ago due to a fell and ligament sprain i noticed unusall amounts of swelling in my ankles and was concerned over this also.  All this is added stress to a major stressful event in my life 4 years ago when my then 2 year old son was snatched by his father through the courts and put my son in deep danger of his domestic violence ( his dad had assaulted me on many occassions sometimes severely and on occassions I was rushed to hospital and even though he had pointed carving knives at my 2 year old son and i he was believed in court due to his lies and false witnesses so over the past 4 years ive had the trauma of trying to deal with the courts and all the false allegations , rather like a maddie macann situation which left me severely depressed at times. ( i still see my son , now 6 once a week on saturdays and he still lives with his father who i told the court's

over and over again is capable at any point of snapping and murrdering my son  but they thought i was exaggerating) instead he got an injunction against me in the court claiming i was violent at watford county court. So i had mental stress for a few years also but no mental instability as he tried to claim.

To top this and i dont want to go on too much I feel that i should menAtion tht i cant remeber when i had my tetnas and it may well be over 10 years ago.

I was also concerned when i feel over of the amount of swelling in my ankle for weeks afterwards. I have read the article on multiple sclerosis and dont want to sound nervous

but i have like in that article also experienced a swelling in my face from time to time and a numb feeling in my face coupled often with tingling feelings in my fingers and toes. Could you help me to understand what may be going on with my body as there seems so many possibilities and additional events surrounding this that i just dont know what to think and would be really greatful for some sound true true medical advice or possible diagnosis . I can keep on like this its making me more and more upset as time goes on and the symptoms seem to be worsening . Im only 37 but this is totally confusing me as since this all started its getting progressively more unbearable to live with the pain.
