Watson 387 appears to be just a bit stronger. It has 750 mgs of the narcotic pain reliever hydrocodone vs 660 mgs of hydrocodone in M362. The M362 has a bit more acetaminophen (10gs vs 7.5); since acetaminophen increases the power of hydrocodone the two drugs are probably pretty similar in their strength.
