OK, first off "Cort" is very wrong. The Watson 387 is 7.5/750 which means it contains 7.5mg of (hydrocodone) and 750mg of Acetaminophen which is (Tylenol), manufactured by Watson Pharmaceuticals. Next is M362 which is a stronger narcotic pain killer because it has 10mg of Hydrocodone and 660mg of Tylenol
If you took 750mgs of of hydrocodone you would be dead and please remember look at your bottle, if you see something like 5/500, the small number is the amount of narcodic pain med. Her are the pictures and info for both pills below. Hope this helps.

Pharmaceuticals. M362 is also Hydrocodone, but is stronger as it contains 10/660 meaning again that it contains 10mg of Hydro and 660mg of Acet manufactured by Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. Both are Class 3 narcotics and can be habit forming and can be very addictive so be careful and follow the directions by your doctor. Hope this helps.
