Oh yeah! I understand completely, I have the very same symptoms,exeacatly. I have diabetic nueropathy. The pain goes all up my leg, it hurts so bad that I actually get sick from the pain. I was taking oxycontim 30mg 3 times a day. It numbed me physically and mentally, I couldn't take the mental part so my doc put me hydrocone 10s, I have to take 2 or 3 at a time and that only last a few hours but it is blessed relief. I sit around a lot with my feet in nice warm water and that helps and manage my diabetes as best I can. I also take 600mgs of lyrica 3 times a day and it helps too. I hope that he gets some relief-he will be in my prayers. Roger
