can i take tramadol and treximet

This is a question I really suggest that you ask your pharmacist; drug interactions are sometimes hard to pin down and many websites don't have complete information. Epocrates is a  website that does appear to have quite complete information but its still a bit 'fuzzy'; according to them Treximet can interact with an astonishing number of drugs. There are several different categories a drug interaction can fall into; from high severity to low severity they are:

Contraindicated/Avoid/Monitor or Modify/ and then finally Caution Advised.

With regard to treximet tramadol is in the 'Caution Advised' category; this suggests, I believe, that you can take it with tramadol but  that you should wary of signs that some unwanted drug interaction is occurring. What that interaction would be I don't know - that would be a question for your pharmacist or doctor.
