What a situation! The only thing I can think of is to try and find a way to change your doctor. Is that possible to do that under your insurance plan? If you can you might want to contact the National Fibromyalgia Association to see if a support group in your area can recommend someone (or maybe some other solution). You might want to find a support group simply to have someone to talk to!
