I have 2 herniated discs and multiple discs in my back. I also have 3 small annual tears in my lower back. I was wondering if you have a doctor online to prescribe me the percocet i need? I have the MRI's to prove it.

No reputable physician will diagnose or treat a patient without examining them and getting a full medical history.  You would be wise to steer clear of anyone online who offers to prescribe or provide you with a prescription medication any other way.  There are a number of scams out there that will take you money and either send you nothing, or send you poor quality medications that may not even have the correct ingredients.  Please take your MRIs to a doctor in your area and let him prescribe the medication you need.
