I have acute muscle spasms through my torso as well as my feet and legs. What can be causing this?

There's a long list of things that could be causing this including arterial problems,  nervous system problems, dehydration,  electrolyte imbalances, drug side effects, etc. There are different kinds of muscle spasms from cramps to twitches.  You'll have to see a doctor to find out whats going on.
