Q: why is my PMR pain in shoulders and upper arms so much worse when I fly?

The pain is most severe after one half hour of flying and positively horrible when going overseas.

I don't know...I know that flying can really affect some people with chronic fatigue syndrome and/or fibromyalgia...but why it does is a mystery. I did find a Forum on polymyalgia rheumatica - you might want to ask there. Good luck on future flights!
