I to have fibro and my most common complaint has been my feet and hands.  In addition to the numbness and pain, jabbing pain, and "fire", it now is starting in my hands.  Fingers and ball of the thumb.  I have been referred to a podiatrist, but my appointment is next week.  I'll let you know what he has to say.  Do you experience stiffness in the back of your legs near the feet?  It feels like a steel rod when I walk.  It will eventually work it's way out, but in the meantime I literally am a cripple.  Pam
