had kyphoplasty surgery and before and still have butt pain

 feb 22nd fell from ladder 4 weeks ago had  L-1 kyphoplasty surgery and  before and still am having butt pain sometimes goes down back of legs but not all times also when have bowel movement is painful and have to lean to right for it to happen

any answers

 ty am concerned about nerve damage and if will be permenant

You need to tell your surgeon what you're experiencing since he's the one that will be the most likely to know or figure out what is causing your continued pain.  Generally, pain from kyphoplasty surgery will ease up in about 2 weeks.  There could be some irritation of tissues involved in the procedure or perhaps even another problem that hasn't been identified yet.  Then again, everyone responds differently and it may just take you a little longer than average to fully recover.  But, whatever the cause, talking with your surgeon is probably the best place to start.
