had kyphoplasty surgery and before and still have butt pain

feb 22nd fell from ladder 4 weeks ago had L-1 kyphoplasty surgery and before and still am having butt pain sometimes goes down back of legs but not all times also when have bowel movement is painful and have to lean to right for it to happen any answers ty am concerned...
