You need to tell your surgeon what you're experiencing since he's the one that will be the most likely to know or figure out what is causing your continued pain.  Generally, pain from kyphoplasty surgery will ease up in about 2 weeks.  There could be some irritation of tissues involved in the procedure or perhaps even another problem that hasn't been identified yet.  Then again, everyone responds differently and it may just take you a little longer than average to fully recover.  But, whatever the cause, talking with your surgeon is probably the best place to start.
