Question about a safe dosage of NSAIDS

HI~I have lupus along with vasculitis and dysautonomia[msa]. I am on oxycontin for severe pain associated with the lupus and was wondering if it is safe to continue to take a doasage of Ibuprophen at 800mg 2x a day or if I can go higher? I should also mention that I am on a maintenance dose of 5-10...
