Left arm and leg pain

left arm has been hurting for 6 months now they say i have epicondilist tendonitist and pronatorsyndrome...  I've been taking 2700mg of neurontin a day for the past 4 or 5 months.  Now i have pain that started in my big toe but only when i stretched my leg and bend my toe does it hurt.  Now the pain is going up the front inside of my leg and i have No Back Pain.

I've had mutliple MRI's of my arm all didnt show anything besides my tendon was hurt.

And they keep thinking it will get better  I've been to PT but so far all they have done is hurt my arm its now bruised from the massage and what not.

I feel im falling apart.
