I'm sorry that you haven't had any relief form your FM. I kind of know how you feel. I have struggled with severe joint and back pain since sept. of 2007. I' ve been to specialty doctors everywhere and I've been diagnosed at least three times now. My latest diagnoses was RA and TMJ. So far since SEPT. I haven't had any relief from any of my symptoms.( I 've even been on vicoden    Embarassed)I know how it feels to have little faith in doctors. Just keep pushing your doctor to experiment to find what could relieve at least some of your pain. I hope that I can be some encouragement for you. Best wishes to a healthy life....

I was on Neurontin for years for Fibromyalgia, (since 2000,) and although it helped some, the jerkiness it caused was almost unbearable.  I started on Lyrica in October of 2007 and have found a lot of relief especially in the neuropathy in my feet.
