Can anyone help me with this question? My mother had a morphine pump inserted in December of 1999

and had to have it filled or repaired in Feburary of 2000, then definately repaired from a tear in it on March 21, 2000, where she was sent home from the hospital on the same day, then that night she went to sleep and never woke up. How can I find out what specific pump she had and...
