If the Dr. perscribed 4 to 5 times daily and you take 5 daily, then you are taking as perscribed and don't concern yourself with other comments. Urine tests can test up to 72hrs. depending on your body fat, and other physiological attritutes it may be less. I passed a test in less than 48hrs. after taking an oxy 20mg.
