Percocet is a combination of oxycodone and acetaminophen while Lortab is a combination of hydrocodone and acetaminophen.  Technically oxycodone is a little stronger than hydrocodone, which would make the Percocet stronger.  But people respond differently; some do better with hydrocodone and others do better with oxycodone.

You know I have been on loritab 7.5 about for an operation when I could be operated on and I took percocet 5/325 for years. loritab is hydrocodone man made percocet is oxycodone. there isn't much difference in the stringth of the medications it is the dog gone tyolnal in the percocet and the junk in the lortab that you really have to watch for it damages your liver at a certain mg I believe 4800 mg of tyanol is all you should have of it before it damages or starts damageing the liver. then there is the mild narcotic amount you get hooked on and causes peroblems going to the bathroom, I f you don't haver to take either one don't you will have a better life.god bless
