psoas muscle information

My husband had surgery for a herniated disc . the surgeon had a difficult time going thru the psoas muscle -the walking muscle and attemted several times. In doing so stretched the muscles and nerve endings. He now is walking with a walker and taking PT. Very slow recovery. help with fibromyalgia pain

I have 2 kids that have fibro., and 1 of them went vegetarian. It has totally helped them and the pain she was in is almost completely gone. Yes, she has her bad days, but you would not believe the difference that not eating meat has made in her life. It took about 2 -3 weeks to totally see a difference, but it was worth it.
