My boyfrind has cronic back pain and is taking vicodin. He has taken this medication for at least 3 years, what long term affect does it have on your body and how do I talk with him about the dangers of this medication. Lyme disease in Connecticut

Do i have TMJ
I have been having tingling sensations in my fcae, mostly be my cheeks and chin. My jaw has craked or popped when i opne it for the past 5 or 6 years. During the last few months i have been getting an alot more headaches than normal sometimes 2 to 3 a week. My concern is the facial tingling.
