Need pain medicine doc in Alabama that takes Medicaid

My pain doctor in Birmingham Alabama is moving out of state. I need a new doctor to manage my medicines (Duragesic 100 patches & Percocet for breakthrough.) temperture Flucuations

Any one else but me suffer from these daily. I can be fine one minute and burning up and sick to my stomach the next. I don't think it is menopausal I am 49 and had a hysterectomy when I was 22. these happen all time of the day not just at night. Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Johnnie
